The Club has two committees with different responsibilities as follows :

Management Committee - responsible for all ongoing financial, organisational and management matters relating to :Club Secretary, Finance, Sponsorship, Membership, Social Activities, Marketing and PR, Communications and Club Database.

Development Committee - Responsible for competitions and fixtures : Player Recruitment, Player Development, Coaching and Coaching development, Fitness, Umpiring and Umpire Development, Team Selection, overseeing appointment of Team Officials, Fixtures, Recognition and Award Schemes, Match Reports, Contact with SHU/North District and Schools, Junior Competitions, team selection, Youth coaching including Child Protection
